I thought you might enjoy a little news update from Diyala. I've met the woman in jail. The 15 year old is big news this week. No need to worry. Looks like the Iraqi Police are getting better at finding these vests ahead of time. Often times, they use the mentally retarded and give them money to go to the marketplace. They think they are going to buy a treat.
